The PayRent.com payment service is a secure, smart, and simple way to pay RENT FEES through the Internet. Our easy payment system enables you to pay your rent with a credit card. Payments are sent directly to your landlord. Note: Before you can pay, your landlord must bill you in advance using www.billrent.com
Why should I use it?
PayRent.com saves you time and money by eliminating the need for checks, cash and money orders for renting expenses. Convenient email reminders help you stay organized and pay fees on time. As a bonus, by paying with your credit card, you can accumulate large quantities of airline points, cash back and other credit card rewards for payments you make anyway. Best of all, you have nothing to lose. There are no contracts or commitments, and you can cancel at any time.

Is my information secure?
Security is the highest priority at PayRent.com and is taken very seriously. PayRent.com utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) through GeoTrust for ultra secure transmissions, as well as ScanAlert's Hacker Safe, the industry leader in website security. 

What fees are charged?
It is free to sign up for PayRent.com, and you will never be charged a monthly or yearly fee. 

What credit cards are accepted?
At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo on them.

How long of a commitment do I have to make?
There is absolutely no commitment when you sign-up with PayRent.com. You can start and stop service at your discretion.

How long will it take for funds to be deposited?
Your payment will be posted the same  day.

What if my credit card is denied?
If payment is denied, it is the responsibility of the tenant to obtain the necessary funds.

What other payments can be processed through PayRent.com?
 
Any fee related to the property you are renting , such as maintenance fees. 

How will my landlord knows that I have made a payment?
Your invoice will be listed as paid. 

Who will maintain a record of my transactions?
While you are ultimately responsible for keeping records of your payments, PayRent.com maintains a record of all transactions. You may check or print your records at any time by loging into your payrent.com account.

What if my rented property  is not listed on PayRent.com?
If you cannot locate your rented property, contact your landlord and ask him to begin using www.billrent.com
